Convoy Tactics: Modelverse Frontline teaches the hardest part of school math — turning math word problems for kids into a model and an equation. The child controls the convoy only through the solving stages: the question locks the target, the relevant facts load the shells, the model chooses the weapon, the equation aims, the calculation fires, and the reasonableness check authorizes the shot. The convoy's composition changes to fit each problem.

The game refuses keyword tricks: more does not always mean add — the same story can ask for the result, the change or the start, and only the model reveals the unknown. Solve correctly and the convoy fires; a wrong or incomplete model is the only thing that lets the enemy hit back. Ten campaigns, including a Chrono Route campaign on time and schedules, and ten machine bosses.

How to play

Eight scored problems per level (pass ≥6/8), each driven through the modeling stages. Read the short situation, pick the relevant facts, choose or read the model, build an equivalent equation, calculate, attach the unit and check. Every level keeps at least two plain notebook problems so the skill transfers to real homework. Commit is deliberate and distractors come from real reasoning errors, so tapping cannot win.

What your child learns

All addition and subtraction structures with every unknown position, multiplication as equal groups, arrays and comparison, division as sharing and grouping with remainder meaning, multi-step planning with irrelevant facts, measurement and money, time and schedules (Chrono Route), fractions and data — always by modeling the relationship, never by matching a keyword. Equivalent models and equations are accepted; a parent dashboard tracks each structure.

The science behind the games

Every Dad4Kids game is built on one simple truth: children want to play, not study — so we turn learning into a game worth replaying. The method draws on peer-reviewed research in game-based learning, motivation, and how memory works.

FAQ

How is this different from Convoy Tactics?

Same modeling-as-controller design and semantic engine, tuned to a faster frontline — eight battles per level and a Chrono Route campaign on time and schedules. A close companion, playable on its own.

Is the combat violent?

All enemies are unmanned machines; destruction is sparks and armor plates. No people are shown.
